Support Ticketing System
To improve our support system, we added a ticketing system. This will make it easier to track the progress and provide more information.
You can open a ticket for any isssue you have:
- a bug found in one of the tools
- a new feature idea
- a new tool that you would like
Note: Please provide as much information as you can when opening a support ticket to make it easier for us to understand the issue that you are facing. Also do not forget to mention which tool you refer to and, in case of issues, what input you used when you had the problem.
